Almanua Rosé Brut is a fresh, mineral sparkling wine with a wild aromatic bouquet. It displays aromas of wild berries, floral fragrances, hints of herbs, yeast, and fresh bread. It exhibits fine bubbles, a delicious raspberry mousse, and sharp acidity.
Winemaking:
Almanua Rosé Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Alvarinho, Loureiro and Espadeiro from the Vinhos Verdes wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process the wine stayed for 6 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Alvarinho, Loureiro, Espadeiro.
Tasting Notes:
Almanua Rosé Brut is a sparkling wine marked by a clear Atlantic influence resulting from its proximity to the sea. It displays a bouquet of ripe wild berries enveloped in saline notes and vegetal fragrances. With fine and elegant bubbles, on the palate it presents a delicious raspberry mousse, notes of toasted bread, yeast and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
